Terms of Delivery and Sale

The new price list is effective as of October 1, 2011 and supersedes all previous price lists.

Prices

The prices stated in our price list are recommended retail prices and do not include value added tax.

All prices are “per piece” prices.

Delivery and minimum order value

Delivery is effected ex works Offenbach am Main at buyer`s risk.

The minimum order value is € 250 net purchase value.

Packing units

Please take account of the packing unit (marked ”PU” in our price list) Order quantities that do not correspond to the packing units

will be raised automatically to the next highest packing unit quantity.

Complaints

Complaints must be made in written form.

Due to insurance reasons, please verify the delivered goods immediately after receipt.

Complaints caused during transport, can only be considered within 3 days after receipt of the goods.

All the dimensions given in our price list are approximate dimensions. We assume no liability for misprints and errors.

Payment

Bank transfer in advance, before effecting the delivery of the goods.

The delivered goods will remain the property of DECOR WALTHER Einrichtungs GmbH until payment has

been made in full or until a bill of exchange in payment has been honored. The place of performance for

delivery and payment is Frankfurt am Main. Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent Frankfurt am Main

court of law.

Return of goods

The return of goods is subject to the following requirements:

1. Goods can only be returned to the company DECOR WALTHER Einrichtungs GmbH, Bettinastraße 72, 63067 Offenbach a.M.

2. In case of returning goods, please always state the number of the delivery note and of the invoice.

3. Please state the reason for returning the goods.

4. Please state the name of the DECOR WALTHER employee with whom you arranged the return of the goods.

5. Goods can only be returned for credit if the freight charges for the return delivery are supported by the buyer. The processing

charge is 25 % of the goods value. We can accept returned goods only, if they are sent back in perfect order and original

packing. Shipments received by the buyer more than 6 month before can no longer be returned.

We are sure you will understand that we cannot process return deliveries which do not give all the

informations required above. Such will be returned unprocessed and at the buyers risk.
